Experts in Low Latency Dish link networks

Spectrum is well versed in the challenges of installing up to 4.5m dishes on large towers with hops as far as 100miles.

Low latency networks are Catherine’s area of expertise. Catherine has successfully acted on behalf of a major American blue chip company to provide legal services for its Pan-European dish link network. Catherine provided legal and commercial advice and negotiated leases from Lands End in the UK to Frankfurt, crossing the Channel and France in the process.

We know that time is money when it comes to network roll out – particularly for financial institutions, where even a few days can mean an advantage over the competition, and we can act quickly to move sites into build.

As ‘connected solicitors’ we’re well versed in communicating across the Atlantic, or across the Channel, via conference or video call and have no issue with attending meetings in London, which seems to be our second home.

Call us now and speak to Catherine on 08455 195 295, about how she can help with your network.

Client: Blue chip American algorhythmic trading company.

Project Size: 60 Sites

Activity: Legal Acquisition of sites passed from acquisition team, including Leases, Licences, Temporary Licences, Early Access Agreements and Option Agreements on Greenfield, Rooftop and Third Party (including BT and Arqiva) sites across Europe.

How we added value: Spectrum added value by speeding up the process. By reducing the time taken from instruction to completion we allowed the client to get their network running by their deadline.

This was achieved by providing timely, accurate and comprehensive communications with the client and providing not only legal, but commercial, and sometimes even cultural advice. This built trust with the client, enabling Spectrum to control the legal process and really achieve project delivery.
