We have also dealt with a 52,000 sq ft Gym property in Wakefield and an even larger warehouse in Slough to house stock for one of our telecoms clients.


We have recently dealt with office space for a client in Hull and also the wayleaves for their fibre connection – there is no point having a property if you can’t get your superfast broadband, and we have the in house expertise to deal with these sorts of issues.

We are as happy to deal with helping you lease a small unit for your start-up as we are helping large companies buy even larger premises. If you’re a business with offices or retail premises to let we can also act on your behalf. We have also completed a letting this year for a family run Chinese takeaway business, letting out one of their properties in Filey. Property was clearly not the core business here but our team was able to explain the process and the terms in plain English to make sure the client was fully kept in the loop.
